Rainy Fall day

It is supposed to be raining today and has been grey all morning. So, instead of moping around and complaining that summer is over, I have been looking at bright 1930 type colors and designs. Take a look next door at the letter F-decked out in all it's glory. Isn't this charming? Now what could it be???
